Children’s Mental Health week

Date: 11th Feb 2022 @ 8:18pm

This week has been Children's Mental Health week. I am so pleased that all classes took part in a range of activities to go with our themed days:

Mindful Monday

Talk about it Tuesday

Wellbeing Wednesday

Thoughtful Thursday

Feel good Friday

There has been yoga, mindfulness activities, lots of talk about our mental health and how we can keep mentally healthy, extra time outside to enjoy fresh air and nature & the children spoke openly about their feelings. I am delighted that so many children came to see me to say that they had enjoyed the week so much. Mental health is something I am passionate about and the children of St Joseph's know that they can always talk and seek advice at school.
Thank you so much for your donations today for the own clothes day. I will let you know how much we raised for Place2Be after the holiday.

I hope that you all have a lovely week.
Take care and stay safe
